I just read an update about this contest in the NY Times over the weekend but apparently something the Lincvolt team has been working on since last year. Not sure those flat wheel covers are working for me (aerodynamics) but I love the 59' Lincoln Continental as a test mule. Also never realized Neil Young was into old cars.
